What the…… is going on here, with this so call organisation that is a adovcate for dogs. Dogs NSW you should be ashamed of yourselves get some humanity about one and shut these people and others like them DOWN!!!

Puppy farming as we all know, is a multi million dollar business, so the owners that run these establishments get very defensive when their livelihood is threatened by everyday normal people just wanting these places to be shut down so that the animals don’t have to keep suffering but instead are called names and I struggle to make sense of this. Money has become more important than anything else in this world and it saddens me to see these places still being allowed to operate. My concerns are that if these places were to catch on fire, the puppies and their parents wouldn’t stand a chance of getting out because of the cramped conditions they are put in together and my other concern is why are Newspapers advocating the selling of these puppies? Seems everyone has their finger in the pie except the real hereos that actually are a voice for the animals Thank You Oscars Law!!! Without you I wouldn’t have known what I do now.

No Peter, you are wrong again! The first treatment to cure Dog depression is to free them from the Living hell that you cover up for money.

Hi I am so pleased you are sticking it up this pathetic corrupt DOGS NSW, I had been a registered breeder for 21 years, I have been showing and been a member since 1977, I will tell you this its full of corruption and greed!!!! I tried to renew my membership online in December last year [2010] and their system told me I was a member till dec 2011, my DOB and other details were wrong so in feb I ring the office and they say all DOBS are 1900 [the year] well she informed me I was un-financial and had to rejoin, well guess what, my application was REJECTED so i appealed and that again was REJECTED, the reason they gave me, was under section 6 we dont have to give a reason, board discretion apparently…. WELL IM ANNOYED IM ROPABLE THEY ALLOW PUPPY FARMERS AND THOSE WHO BREED DESIGNER OODLES TO BE MEMBERS BUT NOT ME WHO HAS BEEN IN THE ORG FOR 33 YEARS, Shove it up them, Me rescuing dogs, re training, getting them healthy and rehoming CANT HAVE MY MEMBERSHIP but pathetic puppy farmers can, and if they talk about NOT being able to enter members property THEY ARE LYING, we once had a man called Allan Candlish he used to visit members properties if there was even a tiny complaint, he even visited my place, Im not well liked because I say it as it is and since the NEW PRESIDENT Tom Couchman took over in DEC last year the organisation has become even more corrupt, it was great under frank pieterse, but the corrupt board took his job, stuff you DOGS NSW NOT HAPPY

As a victim of torture, I feel for these little ones. They did not ask to be born. But even their three primary needs are not being met. Appalled is too weak a word to describe this shit. Let them suffer the same fate. What can be done? What can I do? Disgusted.

I am ashamed and disgusted that this is allowed to continue in this beautiful country. I have recently adopted two 3 year old miniature dachshunds who were rescued from a horrific puppy farm – kept caged for their entire life and treated terribly. The change in their personalities is beyond belief in the short 3 weeks they have been in my care.The breeding of dogs should be restricted to ethical registered breeders and their numbers should be capped. Pet shops should be banned from selling pets which would ensure that prospective pet owners think carefully before investing in a lifetime commitment and reduce the surrendering of these unfortunate animals who ask nothing more thank kindness, security and love … and yet they give so much back.
