ACA puppy farmers are still operating and they are still, by their own admission, killing female dogs once they can no longer produce puppies.
They cannot see the paradox between breeding for a saturated market and killing dogs when they are finished with them because they cannot find homes for them!
As predicted in an earlier blog entry (ACA The Suffering Continues) I won my court case against ACA.
Enough said.
The exhausted miserable dogs at ACA on the other hand remain under lock and key, hidden away from the public, pumping out puppies to supply the pet shop industry. Business at ACA has dropped by 25% since their dirty little secrets have been exposed to the public
The fight for justice and the the dogs freedom therefore is working and must continue.
I received a phone call today from a couple of puppy farmer’s who have changed their ways. They got out of the industry after educating themselves and did not want to continue contributing to the deaths of thousands of dogs. Their story is harrowing and they are ready to spill the beans on the industry – stay tuned.
The photo of President Obama holding a rescued puppy farm dog “Baby” is confirmation that the public will no longer stand for the sale of animals in pet shops and want puppy farms closed down. President Obama has vowed to get his family dogs from a pound or shelter rather than contribute to the pet shop / puppy farm industry.
The world is watching ACA.
Send an email to the Mayor, Darren McCubbin, of Wellington Shire and demand action. ACA have been violating the code of practice since 1994. Private citizens should not have to do the job of the authorities. Wellington Council should enforce the law and shut down ACA.
