Unprecedented Solidarity

Tomorrow, September 19th,  history will be made on the steps of Parliament House in Melbourne. In an unprecedented show of solidarity almost 60 animal welfare groups will unite to become one voice to send our politicians a clear message “We will no longer tolerate the factory farming of our companion animals”

Our collective voice will be so strong that the politicians will not be able to ignore us.

Our collective voice will be so loud and clear that every dog confined and hidden away in puppy factories will hear our voice, and they will feel hope.

Never give up, they are worth it

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We want Oscar’s Law

Government Sanctioned Cruelty

This little baby, in one of your Government sanctioned puppy factories is as blind as you are Joe Helper!

This puppy factory is registered and has passed every Council inspection.

“We will introduce legislation to increase penalties, from $1195 to almost $2400, for pet breeders who don’t register with council as a domestic animal business or that don’t comply with a Code of Practice.”

How is increasing the fine going to help the dogs Joe Helper? $2400 the cost of one litter of puppies-so what!

Mr Helper, we do not want more regulations that the local Council ranger simply refuses to enforce or doesn’t have time to enforce. We want puppy factories abolished. Stop telling us how our pets can be kept, bred and sold. Stop wasting our pet registration money on more publications like “smart pet buyers guides” or “responsible pet ownership programs”. If we were not responsible pet owners, you wouldn’t be making so much money in dog and cat registrations every year to run these programs and publish more crap.  We dont need to be educated with our own money, its you and this Government that needs educating and you need to listen to the public.

WE WANT OSCARS LAW!
