Speak the truth, fight for the truth.

Seems as though Pets Paradise would rather threaten legal action against their consumers rather than actually tell the truth.

A consumer, member of the public, who has every right to ask questions about where the puppies in the window come from sent the following email response from Pets Paradise.

Thank you for your emails.
This enquiry has been referred to our legal department.
The response you received from our company on 9 March 2011 is more than sufficient to answer your queries.
The position of our company on this point has been made abundantly clear.  We do not support puppy farms.  Your request for “proof” is completely unreasonable and in either event providing you with such proof would only expose our company for breaches of the Privacy Act.  The Privacy Act is an Act of Parliament that must be complied with and we have no intention of breaching enacted laws to suit your requests.
We also consider the matters set out in your email defamatory and will consider our legal position in that regard if necessary.
Regards,
Why is it so hard to Prove It Pets Paradise?
Why are you treating the public with such contempt ?
Please email Pets Paradise and ask them to prove where they get their puppies from. The public have a right to make informed choices, they have a right to know the truth, they should not be threatened with legal action simply for asking questions.   reception@petsparadise.com.au
This morning Don Burke  once again appeared in the media to justify puppy factories and the sale of animals in pet shops. Telling us there is nothing but misinformation and lies out there. Listen to the interview here.
and you can Listen to Dr Chris Brown reply here
Perhaps Don Burke would like to visit this puppy factory ?
or this one ?
Don Burke has already visited ACA/Banksia Park and approved of this
How anyone can justify the intensive breeding of dogs on factory farms is beyond belief.
They only see the dollars
We only see the dog.
